Most of us don't want a rip body but want to be very fit, and want to remain fit through out our lives. This section explains fitness to deepest degree and also has list of exercises you can do to increase your fitness level.

weight loss is alot more complicated than just eating Zero-Fat foods. Infact the terms Zero Fat or Low Fat are very mis-leading. But we have whole section just for this purpose. We have explained weightt loss, we have provided a diet and an exercise plan.

What ever we do physically burns energy=burns calories.
